This Senior Performance Marketing Manager leads specialists serving multifamily, B2B, and technical clients. You manage the PPC strategist and SEO strategist, define what quality work means, and remain accountable for department delivery. The role centers on management, not hands-on campaign building or technical SEO execution. You will decide channel strategy, guide scaling budgets, validate reporting, and handle client escalations when accounts are at risk. Your scope also includes credible delivery commitments to sales, the department hiring plan, and first-round interviews. Key Responsibilities:
Manage specialist quality bars, reviews, development, and performance decisions
Write standards for audits, checks, and account reporting
Own honest reporting and client outcomes across the function
Represent the agency during underperforming-account client calls
Define hiring plans and interview prospective department teammates
Requirements:
Direct management experience with reviews and performance management
Seven or more years spanning paid media and SEO
Ability to evaluate Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console work
Ability to evaluate Meta and Microsoft Ads work
Comfort owning client conversations about underperformance
