Client relationship management anchors this RBC Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions role serving Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.
As part of RBC's Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team, you will help corporate clients meet business and financial goals. You will offer differentiated cash management advice, explain solution benefits, and support implementation. The position requires travel throughout the Ontario North and East region.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute client sales plans for cash management solutions
Support client activation and digital solution adoption
Coordinate relationship reviews and future needs
Explain alternatives and implement proposed solutions
Identify and refer opportunities to RBC Partners
Requirements:
Five or more years of commercial or corporate banking sales
Client service, sales, and relationship management experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with software applications including MS Office
Bilingual English and French communication skills preferred
