Lead technical operations for wind farm projects in Montreal, using engineering coordination and project execution expertise across North America.
Nordex USA seeks a Technical Project Manager for Project Engineering and wind farm execution. This senior role supports planning, commissioning, stakeholder coordination, and technical delivery. You will collaborate with engineering groups, owners, contractors, independent engineers, and Global Nordex experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical operations input to the Project Manager
Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Control engineering interfaces
Direct subject matter experts addressing RFIs and open issues
Track technical risks, opportunities, actions, and interventions
Oversee scheduled technical operations and project handovers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in ABET-accredited mechanical or electrical engineering
15+ years managing onshore wind and Balance of Plant projects
Knowledge of turbine design and Balance of Plant design
English and French proficiency with strong communication skills
Ability to travel typically 20% and work in Canada
Bring wind engineering, technical coordination, and project execution leadership to Nordex projects supporting renewable energy delivery.
