Direct IME in Calgary is seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator to manage referrals from receipt through scheduling and confirmation of attendance. The role covers intake, data entry, telephone duties, and clinic coverage, supporting physicians and clients.
You will review medical documents, coordinate with offices, and ensure confidentiality while handling multiple tasks. A high school diploma and at least one year in a medical or legal setting are preferred.
