The Director of Operations oversees all Contract Logistics operational facilities and national initiatives. This senior leadership role covers operational financial performance, strategy deployment, customer relationships, employee experience, vendor compliance, and QSHE requirements. You will contribute to the Canadian management team while driving productivity, profitability, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead operational financial performance, objectives, and risk reduction initiatives
Implement programs, strategies, and regulatory actions across operations
Own customer relationships, KPIs, QBRs, and service levels
Oversee employee relations, development planning, and succession
Enforce vendor, QSHE, legal, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, logistics, or related field
Seven-plus years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management
Five-plus years in senior leadership, such as Director or Senior Manager
Experience managing large-scale, multi-site contract logistics operations
Experience with P&L, strategic customers, vendors, and change management
Apply strategic operations leadership, financial accountability, and QSHE expertise to advance Kuehne+Nagel’s national Contract Logistics network.
