As a Senior Product Manager on Accelerating AI, you will take ownership where portfolio priorities require depth. You will define sequencing, defend decisions, and answer for results across your assigned surface. Sophos values experience serving expert users and hands-on understanding of AI product behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:

Set and defend strategy, sequencing, and roadmap priorities
Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
Supply evidence for packaging, licensing, and channel decisions
Align product quality with Sophos internal AI standards
Brief executives and internal field audiences regularly
Requirements:

Five or more years in product management or related experience
Demonstrated success delivering solutions for expert users
Knowledge of onboarding, defaults, engagement, and retention
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
Cybersecurity or security operations experience is strongly preferred
Lead trusted AI cybersecurity products at Sophos by combining strategic ownership, customer insight, and clear executive communication.
