Lead industrial automation operations from Kirkland, Quebec, directing service, engineering, and lifecycle services across Emerson platforms. Travel remains below 25%.
Laurentide Controls seeks a Director of Operations reporting to the VP Systems & Solutions. This leader oversees systems engineering teams, installed systems lifecycle services, and the Project Management Office. The mandate combines project delivery, financial targets, workforce planning, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead service and engineering activities for industrial control systems
Oversee lifecycle services, engineering teams, and the PMO
Ensure projects meet budgets, deadlines, and quality standards
Drive growth strategies, financial results, and customer satisfaction
Develop workforce plans and talent development programs
Requirements:
Experience delivering automation projects and lifecycle service contracts
Strong French written and verbal communication skills
Clear planning and communication aligned with organizational objectives
Professionalism, autonomy, initiative, and solution-focused collaboration
English proficiency required for clients and US suppliers
