Senior Enterprise Risk Manager

Lead enterprise risk governance at TMX in Toronto through strategic oversight, executive advisory, and a hybrid schedule of two to three office days.
This senior Enterprise Risk Management leader provides second-line oversight across a complex, regulated capital markets environment. The work spans operational, strategic, financial, and regulatory risk, while integrating risk considerations into products, initiatives, and partnerships. You will shape governance and support proactive risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Challenge first-line operations across enterprise risk dimensions
Enhance risk appetite statements, frameworks, and policies
Facilitate assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing
Oversee vendor risks and monitor emerging threats
Present risk metrics to leadership and Board committees
Requirements:
Ten-plus years of progressive risk management experience
Capital markets or regulated financial services experience
Enterprise risk governance framework expertise
Executive communication and constructive stakeholder influence
Enterprise GRC platform experience and bachelor’s degree
