This Business Development Manager will identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and expand the organization’s presence across manufacturing, mining, construction, and industrial facilities. The position suits someone with business development, outside sales, or industrial sales experience. Environmental services or hazardous waste management experience is valued, alongside strong understanding of industrial environments and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new industrial service customers
Connect with manufacturing, mining, construction, and industrial prospects
Build relationships with operational and maintenance decision-makers
Expand service offerings within established customer accounts
Manage opportunities from introduction through secured business
Requirements:
Experience generating business and growing customer relationships
Industrial, environmental, construction, or related sector experience
Understanding of industrial and operational customer environments
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s licence and regular Manitoba travel availability
Apply industrial sales, consultative questioning, and account development skills to grow long-term customer partnerships across Manitoba.
