As an AI Transformation Owner, you own your function's AI strategy with an Executive Sponsor. You identify high-impact opportunities, define measurable outcomes, and manage priorities. You also prototype no-code and low-code solutions, configure agents, and partner with an AI Engineer on technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Map workflows and identify constraints across organizational handoffs
Prioritize AI requests against business outcomes and executive guidance
Define metrics, measure impact, and track progress over time
Prototype solutions and configure agents before engineering support
Coordinate adoption, feedback loops, and Champion networks
Requirements:
Responsibility for shaping a function's AI strategy
Ability to understand business processes and strategic priorities
Experience identifying measurable opportunities for AI transformation
Capability to build no-code and low-code solutions
Ability to partner closely with an AI Engineer
