Senior High-Rise Residential Project Manager

Lead high-rise residential construction in Scarborough with Ledcor, applying project management expertise across large-scale multidisciplinary developments.
Ledcor seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years managing major contractor projects. The work covers new-build, full-cycle high-rise residential construction, including mass timber and other complex developments. Civil engineering education, contract knowledge, and strong planning skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Review contracts, timelines, budgets, safety, quality, staffing, materials, and equipment
Coordinate designers, technical teams, clients, and discipline managers
Develop construction staging, workplans, subcontracting, and equipment execution plans
Oversee execution, quality, productivity, progress, safety, and risk mitigation
Manage client expectations, reports, communications, and contractual obligations
Requirements:
10+ years managing high-rise residential projects for a major general contractor
Post-secondary civil engineering or related education
Full-cycle new-build experience with high-rise residential and complex projects
Proficiency with Excel, MS Projects, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam
Valid driver's license and clean abstract
