As Senior Manager, AI Solutions, you will guide portfolios supporting corporate functions and other assigned domains. You will set strategy, develop Tech Leads and specialists, and partner with business owners, IT, Architecture, and Cybersecurity. Your work spans delivery, governance, evaluation, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prioritized machine learning and AI agent solutions
Set portfolio and practice-area strategy and roadmaps
Lead Tech Leads, developers, data scientists, and MLOps specialists
Manage capacity, budgets, resources, and competing priorities
Monitor production accuracy, adoption, value, and continuous improvement
Requirements:

Eight-plus years in machine learning, AI, data science, or software engineering
Five-plus years managing people through hiring and development
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
Deep expertise in machine learning and MLOps or AI agents
Experience with AI engineering standards on cloud platforms
