The Equipment Scheduler oversees mobilization, demobilization, inventory, and shipping activities across project locations. You will coordinate logistics providers, customs authorities, and operational teams while maintaining compliance and documentation. The work supports equipment availability, capacity planning, cost management, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate equipment mobilization, demobilization, and transportation
Manage import, export, and cross-border shipping processes
Maintain shipment records, reports, and equipment certifications
Track inventory across multiple depot locations
Improve logistics, utilization, and transportation efficiency
Requirements:
At least five years of logistics or supply chain experience
Knowledge of transportation planning and equipment coordination
Experience with customs, freight forwarding, and international shipping
Proficiency with ERP systems, logistics platforms, and Microsoft Excel
Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
