As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate work across an agency, consultancy, or multi-client environment. You will help teams scope, estimate, assign, and complete work while improving planning accuracy through delivery metrics.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Manage Asana sprints, backlogs, assignments, and cutoff dates
Balance capacity across concurrent client projects
Track velocity, carryover, cycle time, and completion rates
Resolve blockers, dependencies, stale tasks, and scheduling conflicts
Requirements:

Three or more years as Scrum Master or similar
Hands-on Asana sprint management experience
Agency, consultancy, or multi-client coordination experience
Strong Agile and Scrum understanding
Fluent written and spoken English
Bring Asana expertise, delivery metrics, and persistent follow-up to strengthen cross-functional sprint execution and client delivery planning.
