Institutional Client Relationship Manager

Lead institutional client relationships in Montreal using fund services expertise, strong communication, and board meeting presentation skills. This full-time role is permanent.
ExperTech seeks a Client Relationship Manager for its Client Relationship Management team. Reporting to the Head of Client Management, you will serve institutional clients and support service quality. Your work includes client meetings, board meetings, and new fund launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact for institutional client portfolios
Lead client and board meetings
Drive service quality across client relationships
Support new fund launches and service onboarding
Manage relationships with senior management and industry associations
Requirements:
Client relationship management experience in funds or asset servicing
Direct exposure to external clients
Knowledge of fund accounting, custody, or financial reporting
Understanding of current funds industry regulatory developments
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and risk management skills
