Full Stack Software Engineer Toronto
Hood L2
Build Robinhood’s global finance platform in Toronto using React, TypeScript, Go, and Python. Attend the office at least three days weekly.
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will drive international expansion initiatives across frontend interfaces and backend distributed systems. You will deliver localized onboarding, multi-currency funding, regional trading, and reusable platform capabilities. The work requires technical design, production operation, and close partnership with Product, Design, Compliance, Legal, and Platform teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop React and TypeScript frontend interfaces
Scale backend services using Go and Python
Deliver localized onboarding and identity verification capabilities
Build multi-currency funding and regional trading experiences
Implement telemetry, testing, and production on-call support
Requirements:
Two or more years of professional software engineering experience
Experience designing and operating full-stack production systems
Proficiency with React, TypeScript, performance, accessibility, and state management
Experience with Go or Python distributed services
Familiarity with relational, NoSQL, and event-driven architectures
Bring full-stack engineering, distributed systems, and international product delivery skills to Robinhood’s Toronto expansion team.
