In this pivotal role, you will lead the production team in achieving operational goals while navigating complex manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities include overseeing safety compliance, managing production output, and facilitating cross-departmental communication. Administrative tasks such as payroll reporting and training coordination will also be part of your daily duties, supporting overall plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion safety and compliance across all operations
• Lead production team to achieve output goals
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
• Report shift activities to management
• Provide training and conflict resolution for team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cement manufacturing
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work shifts in an industrial setting
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
