Senior Cloud Engagement Manager
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Lead enterprise cloud engagements at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc., using project governance and stakeholder leadership to deliver customer outcomes. This customer-facing position offers a flexible work environment.
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will plan and manage project lifecycles for AWS customers and partners. The work spans budgets, schedules, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, cloud transformations, and migration programs. You will guide teams while communicating with executives, sales groups, and customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage governance, schedules, milestones, budgets, and success criteria
Lead teams toward customer business outcomes and engagement goals
Manage risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and action items
Coordinate scope, financial, and timeline changes with stakeholders
Oversee project communications and customer expectations
Requirements:
Seven-plus years leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements
Experience leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
Experience with large-scale transformation or migration programs
Experience using Waterfall and Agile or iterative methodologies
Ability to obtain Canadian federal security clearance
