Head of Service Operations

Keller Executive Search is recruiting a Head of Operations for a client in home goods and appliance services. This senior leadership role oversees repair, warranty, customer support, inventory, supplier relationships, and service quality reporting. The leader partners with executives on growth and budgeting plans while strengthening management capability.
Key Responsibilities:

Own operational strategy across service and logistics teams
Oversee repair, warranty, and customer support workflows
Manage parts inventory and supplier relationships
Set service quality and turnaround time reporting
Build and mentor the management team
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or engineering
Eight or more years of operations experience
Senior leadership experience in operations
Understanding of service operations and inventory management
Strong financial, analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Apply operational leadership, service expertise, and analytical strength to improve performance across appliance services and logistics.
