Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee external adjusters on outsourced claims
• Investigate and evaluate personal/commercial claims
• Manage complex claims with professionalism
• Ensure timely and accurate reserving
• Lead claims in litigation and mediation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years handling casualty claims
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• CIP designation or progress towards it
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in general computer knowledge
