Maintenance Millwright Supervisor

Use Millwright expertise and strong diagnostics to supervise maintenance personnel while coordinating planned work, floor calls, and technical support.
The Maintenance Team Lead provides daily leadership to skilled trades and supports operations through effective workforce coordination. This position ensures maintenance resources and materials support planned work, while guiding root cause analyses for equipment, technology, and materials. Supervisory experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support maintenance staff during daily duties
Assess and develop tradesmen skills and proficiency
Provide technical root cause problem-solving support
Assign work orders and direct personnel to floor calls
Maintain accurate timekeeping and hourly documentation
Requirements:
Licensed Millwright qualification
Extensive Tool and Die or Millwright experience accepted
Ten years of industrial experience
Proportional hydraulic controls and pneumatics knowledge
Strong Excel skills and PC interface familiarity
Bring licensed Millwright experience, supervisory leadership, diagnostics, and technical problem-solving to daily maintenance operations.
