This experienced project management role supports new customer onboarding, business transitions, re-implementations, and strategic logistics initiatives. You will define scopes, timelines, deliverables, and implementation plans through the Global Customer Implementation Methodology. Success depends on stakeholder coordination, communication, risk management, and practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate national customer onboarding and logistics implementation projects
Manage Sea Logistics projects through execution and handover
Define scopes, milestones, deliverables, and implementation plans
Manage risks, dependencies, changes, and escalation points
Maintain documentation, reports, plans, and stakeholder communications
Requirements:

Five or more years in project management, logistics, or implementation
Strong knowledge of Sea Logistics and freight forwarding operations
Experience coordinating complex implementation or process improvement projects
Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
