Kingston Community Health Centres (Napanee) is seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator for a contract role up to 8 months, part-time or full-time. The RN/RD CDE will develop and deliver diabetes education, partner with local providers, and engage in program evaluation to improve community health outcomes.
The role emphasizes prevention, education, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care for individuals and families affected by diabetes.
