Manager Valuations Financial Modelling
BDO
Lead valuation analysis and financial modelling as a Manager with BDO Canada LLP in Toronto, using a blended office, client-site, and virtual model.
BDO seeks a Manager for its Valuations & Modelling team. You will support complex enterprise valuation mandates across industries while developing technical valuation expertise. The work includes business valuations, financial instruments, fairness opinions, investment entity reviews, and audit assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage business valuation engagements for reporting, tax, compliance, and transactions
Conduct technical valuation analysis using established methodologies
Prepare and review valuation reports, presentations, and documentation
Engage clients to gather information and communicate valuation findings
Mentor junior team members, including CBV students and analysts
Requirements:
Five to eight years of relevant professional experience
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial modelling
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
CBV designation or active pursuit of the CBV
Strong communication and engagement management abilities
Bring valuation expertise, financial analysis, and modelling skills to complex BDO engagements serving enterprise clients in Toronto.
