Lead offer lifecycle decisions for ABB’s NEMA Motors division using portfolio management and market analysis in a hybrid work model. Connect customer requirements with products, solutions, and services.
As Channel Specialist, you will own strategy and market positioning for assigned channel offerings. Your work spans portfolio performance, key metrics, product introductions, enhancements, obsolescence, and end-of-life recommendations. You will also align teams around customer needs, commercial priorities, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own strategy and market positioning for assigned channel offerings
Assess portfolio performance and define meaningful performance metrics
Recommend introductions, enhancements, obsolescence, and end-of-life actions
Align customer requirements with ABB products, solutions, and services
Coordinate cross-functional teams executing market initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or related field
Five or more years of product or channel management experience
Demonstrated portfolio and lifecycle management success
Business acumen with strong analytical and presentation abilities
Experience with CRM platforms, business analytics tools, and Excel
