Business Analysis Team Manager

Lead Business Analysis at The North West Company in Winnipeg, guiding analysts and translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
As Manager, Business Analysis, you will lead staff and contractors while strengthening analysis practices across TNWC. The position combines people leadership, requirements analysis, stakeholder partnership, and IT intake management. You will help align strategic priorities with initiatives, projects, and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, mentor, and retain Business Analysts
Allocate BA resources across projects and initiatives
Define and manage unplanned IT project intake
Improve analysis methodologies, standards, tools, and documentation
Ensure quality requirements, process maps, and user stories
Requirements:
Minimum five years as Business or Systems Analyst
Post-secondary education in Business Analysis or related discipline
Retail, Distribution, or Inventory Management experience
Strong requirements analysis and computer proficiency
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder skills
