Job Title: Senior Project Manager – API Integration / Payment & Ticketing Systems

Workload:
Part-time (Up to 1,200 Hours)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead technology integration initiatives for Event Fare Integration Program.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
10+ years of experience implementing and managing complex technology infrastructure projects.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing the implementation of new technology solutions.
Experience with
API Integration, API-based Applications, and Third-Party System Integrations .
Strong background in
Payment Systems, Electronic Ticketing, Fare Collection, or Digital Ticketing Solutions .
Experience coordinating technical integrations between external partners, vendors, and enterprise systems.
Proven expertise in project planning, implementation, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.
Ability to coordinate pilot programs, field trials, operational readiness, and implementation activities.
Experience managing project documentation, timelines, progress reports, financial reporting, and partner onboarding.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
PMP or PRINCE2 Certification is required.
English and French bilingualism (reading and writing) is considered an asset.
Candidates must provide
three relevant project references
from projects completed within the last five years.
