Taymax Group is hiring a Fitness Club Manager in Sudbury, Ontario. Direct gym operations and enhance the member experience in a fun and motivating environment focused on customer satisfaction.
As the Fitness Club Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating a positive experience for all members. You will lead and train a dedicated staff team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service aligned with Taymax Group’s standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing operational tasks, from scheduling to facility upkeep and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and support an effective, energized staff
• Ensure that the club maintains a welcoming atmosphere
• Supervise cleanliness and safety on the premises
• Manage payroll and handle HR-related documentation
• Provide backup support to absent employees as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years management experience in a customer-focused role
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Must be able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to handle physical tasks effectively
