emergiTEL seeks a Senior Product Manager – Authentication for a permanent client role in digital identity, cybersecurity, and telecommunications. You will own strategy and delivery across a Trust Platform, guiding authentication products from discovery through enterprise adoption. The work spans mobile networks, account protection, APIs, and fraud prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
Own authentication vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, packaging, and pricing
Design enrollment, sign-in, recovery, and step-up journeys
Shape APIs, SDKs, and enterprise integration patterns
Translate risk signals into adaptive authentication actions
Lead customer pilots, launches, and adoption programs
Requirements:
Six-plus years in product management or related domains
Experience delivering complex products through enterprise adoption
Knowledge of MFA, FIDO2, WebAuthn, passkeys, and OAuth
Experience with secure APIs, SDKs, or identity services
Strong stakeholder, analytical, and communication skills
