Lead complex AI platform troubleshooting across Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and Gemini from Montreal or Bengaluru. Apply scripting and enterprise-scale support expertise.
As a Senior Level 3 AI Engineer, you will investigate escalations, configure AI products, and support secure feature rollouts. The work spans M365, Entra ID, Purview/DLP, Azure OpenAI, connectors, Power Platform, and vendor collaboration. You will own one product while maintaining portfolio coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate complex engineering queries beyond Level 2.5 resolution
Configure, deploy, and scale enterprise AI products
Test and validate new features and models
Review knowledge articles for quality and accuracy
Train Level 2.5 support through deep-dive guidance
Requirements:
Six-plus years in enterprise engineering or senior technical support
Hands-on AI, LLM, or enterprise M365 experience
Python, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and automation skills
AI security, compliance, DLP, and access-control experience
Connectors, Power Platform, and integration experience
Bring AI troubleshooting, automation, security, and mentoring expertise to strengthen enterprise support across the full product portfolio.
