You will report directly to nursing leadership while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Support care staff with resident services and daily needs
• Document observations and report changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, dining, and recreational activities
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident areas
• Promote nutritional and emotional well-being for residents
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide certification and CLHA registration
• Experience in care settings preferred, especially mental health
• Must possess valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
• Willingness to work flexible hours and manage multiple tasks
