Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist individuals in a caring manner
• Provide harm reduction education and supplies
• Respond to emergencies and support safety
• Connect visitors with health care and cultural resources
• Complete required documentation efficiently

Requirements:
• Relevant training or experience (1-3 years)
• Knowledge of mental health and substance use issues
• Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion
• Current first aid and other relevant certifications
• Understanding of community resources in Winnipeg
