Tenant Construction Project Manager

Lead tenant construction projects across Ontario with Accubid expertise, strong organization, and clear communication while travelling 50-80% to job sites.
As Project Manager, Tenant Construction, you oversee execution, profitability, and project coordination for Symtech Innovations. You maintain professional contact with customers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Your work includes documentation, contracts, staffing coordination, issue resolution, technical support, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee tenant construction project activities and milestones
Liaise with leasing teams, contractors, consultants, and tenants
Review, negotiate, and execute contracts
Manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and project files
Prepare and price change orders for approval
Requirements:
Proficiency in Accubid software
Knowledge of provincial building and electrical codes
Knowledge of CSA, ULC, IEEE, IES, and NFPA standards
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and administrative skills
Ability to travel 50-80% throughout Ontario
Bring tenant construction oversight, contract coordination, Accubid proficiency, and professional stakeholder communication to Symtech Innovations projects.
