Construction Project Manager Yukon
Parsons Corporation
Construction project management meets procurement and contract administration with Parsons at the Faro Mine Complex in Yukon Territory. Travel is required one week monthly.
As a Construction Project Specialist, you will manage scope, schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and commercial performance under the MCM contract. The work spans major and minor construction, services, and site improvement projects. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, site operations, and the client for compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan construction work packages from design through closeout
Develop scopes, tender packages, budgets, and schedules
Evaluate bids and support contract awards
Manage contractor performance, changes, risks, and information requests
Report progress, cost, quality, safety, and environmental compliance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 12+ years
Construction management experience on large civil or industrial projects
Subcontract administration, procurement, cost control, and scheduling experience
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Valid Class 5 license and ability to lift 25 kilograms
Support Parsons construction delivery with project controls, procurement, contract management, and coordination at the Faro Mine Complex.
