Electrical Project Manager Estimator

Lead industrial and commercial electrical projects across the lower mainland while managing estimates, budgets, timelines, and resources with precision.
Western Integrated Electrical seeks an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator for projects spanning YVR, hospitals, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and municipal facilities. You will analyze drawings, prepare estimates, coordinate execution, and support quality results. The work includes distribution, lighting, conveyor, and machine installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze plans, drawings, specifications, costs, and required materials
Prepare estimates using supplier, subcontractor, and internal data
Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Collaborate with engineers, field teams, and clients
Maintain accurate budgets, cost records, and documentation
Requirements:
Five-plus years managing or estimating electrical construction projects
Industrial or commercial construction experience
Electrical Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology degree, or equivalent experience
Accubid, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools proficiency
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and deadline-management skills
