Senior Enterprise Program Manager

Lead strategic enterprise delivery at d1g1t through strong program management and executive communication in a primarily remote hybrid model.
As Senior Program Manager, you will own client relationships and end-to-end delivery for enterprise wealth management clients. You will coordinate technical teams, C-suite stakeholders, and related projects while maintaining alignment with strategic goals. Your work spans planning, go-live, steady-state operations, risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Own delivery from kickoff through go-live and steady-state
Coordinate product, engineering, and support teams
Build plans, define scope, metrics, milestones, and dependencies
Anticipate risks and communicate with executive stakeholders
Capture feedback and improve program management practices
Requirements:
Seven-plus years in enterprise relationships or IT programs
Wealth or portfolio management domain familiarity
Active PMP certification and SDLC knowledge
Complex project delivery experience within scope and budget
Proficiency with Asana, Notion, and Slack
Bring financial domain knowledge, delivery leadership, and clear stakeholder communication to d1g1t's enterprise client programs.
