Senior UX Designer Legal Technology
Clio
Shape user experiences for Clio’s legal technology with research, usability testing, and engaging storytelling across the United States and Canada.
This Senior Product Designer joins Clio’s Product Design team and works with Product Management and Engineering. You will research lawyers’ and staff’s needs, break down complex concepts, and champion experiences that support customer value. The Platform team is integrating products so users and data move through Clio’s system without friction.
Key Responsibilities:
Write research plans and conduct user interviews
Lead usability testing and analyze research findings
Craft compelling visions through engaging storytelling
Explain design rationale and challenge assumptions
Coach designers and provide thoughtful critique feedback
Requirements:
Five or more years in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Deep understanding of user experience, IA, and visual design
Experience shipping products and solving customer problems
Design degree or relevant application design experience
Use research, communication, and experience design expertise to improve how legal professionals work with Clio.
