As Senior Technical Engineering Manager, you will oversee five to eight developers and guide project execution from roadmap to delivery. You will partner with Product Management, coach engineers, and maintain platform quality through technical leadership. The role includes Python, GCP, large language models, and third-party API integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage two engineering squads and support diverse technical profiles
Lead Agile ceremonies and improve workflows, communication, and productivity
Supervise Python and GCP pipelines using large language models
Guide social platform API integrations and user-facing workflows
Review code, guide architecture, and develop critical fixes
Requirements:

Eight-plus software development years and four-plus leadership years
Python, Node.js, GCP, AI/ML, and API integration experience
Experience delivering complex, scalable, and reliable systems
Ability to coach diverse engineering teams effectively
Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience
Bring technical leadership, AI systems expertise, and hands-on engineering judgment to Stay22's growing platform initiatives.
