Telecommunications Product Pricing Manager
Rogers Communications, Inc.
Manage telecommunications product pricing at Rogers Wireless in Toronto, combining wireless technology knowledge with offer mapping and stakeholder communication. Work onsite with digital-first teams.
This Manager supports pricing across Rogers, Fido, and chatr, developing targeted base rate plans for multiple brands and segments. Responsibilities include mapping customers to offers, understanding data, long-distance, and roaming upsell levers, and presenting recommendations. The position also includes script use, proactive communication, reactive tagging, and occasional weekend coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Tag customers with suitable offers across brands and segments
Socialize roadmaps and mapping strategies with stakeholders
Explain strategy impacts using established frameworks
Run scripts supporting offer mapping and representative tools
Present insights and recommendations to senior management
Requirements:
Self-starter able to learn concepts quickly
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of SQL and SAS
Enthusiasm and passion for business
Use wireless product expertise, offer mapping, and business analysis to manage Rogers Wireless pricing programs across Toronto-based brands.
