This Senior People Business Partner role serves Production Engineering, IT, Security, and Data Engineering within Clio’s Technical Infrastructure organization. You will act as a trusted coach and strategic consultant while leaders scale teams, navigate change, and strengthen performance. Your partnership will connect people practices with technical business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders on growth plans and organizational health
Lead restructures, role evolution, and operating model changes
Support succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development
Partner with Legal on sensitive employee risk matters
Identify engagement, attrition, and workforce composition trends
Requirements:

Progressive People Business Partner experience spanning 8–12+ years
Senior leadership partnership in high-growth SaaS or technology environments
Deep organizational design, talent planning, and performance expertise
Credibility with highly technical leaders and teams
Comfort navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities
Use sound judgment, business insight, and people analytics to help Clio’s technical leaders build effective, compliant teams.
