Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments upon patient admission

• Coordinate and delegate nursing care according to protocols
• Teach patients and families about health maintenance
• Document patient care effectively per standards
Requirements:
• Current RN registration with British Columbia's nursing authority
• Minimum two years of recent relevant clinical experience
• Post-graduate coursework in Nephrology preferred
• Proven ability to maintain IV therapy and assess patients
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
