This senior operations leadership role coordinates Business Development, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, Investment Operations, IT Support, and Portfolio Management. You will guide capacity planning, data migration strategy, transition reporting, and operational projects. The position also represents Transitions and training on Q Central initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead capacity planning against the Business Development pipeline
Coordinate cross-functional transition deliverables and data migration
Use AI tools for reporting, statistics, and visuals
Represent Transitions on Q Central product roadmap discussions
Provide operational expertise across senior workstreams
Requirements:

Experience leading cross-functional financial operations initiatives
Ability to coordinate Engineering and operational stakeholders
Skill using AI tools for business reporting
Strength in transition capacity and resource planning
Ability to provide senior escalation support
