Cloudflare seeks a Senior Customer Engineer in Canada for remote work, combining solution architecture with enterprise technical advisory.
This senior role leads technical go-to-market execution across the customer journey. You will connect customer infrastructure with Cloudflare architectures, including DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, and Workers. The position spans validation, onboarding oversight, adoption, expansion, and trusted advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical discovery, validation, presentations, diagrams, and demonstrations
Design migration and onboarding blueprints for customer environments
Monitor customer health, telemetry, risks, and integration bottlenecks
Carry quota and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Automate routine workflows using AI agents and Large Language Models
Requirements:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Reliable transportation for required customer and team travel
Availability for travel up to 20-50% within assigned territory
Ability to support full-lifecycle commercial targets
Authorization for applicable U.S. export-controlled technology access
