Senior Data Centre Operations Manager
Bell
Lead mission-critical Data Centre operations in Regina with responsibility for availability, reliability, safety, and compliance. This hybrid Bell role requires hands-on leadership.
As Senior Manager, Real Estate Operations, you will oversee on-site staff and daily operations in a 24/7 environment. You will manage incidents, changes, capacity, customer communications, and partnerships with Facilities, Network, Security, and vendors. The role supports service levels, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead staffing, training, on-call coverage, succession planning, and performance management
Partner with Facilities on power, cooling, fire protection, and security
Direct incident recovery, escalation, and post-incident reviews
Approve MOP, SOP, and EOP activities through change control
Monitor capacity, expansions, customer changes, and new-load commissioning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive Data Centre experience
Five to ten years in Data Centre or mission-critical facilities
Experience leading 24/7 operational teams and on-call coverage
Understanding of electrical, cooling, fire, security, and cabling systems
Experience with governance, capacity management, and incident response
Bring Data Centre leadership, operational judgment, and cross-functional communication to Bell’s hybrid Regina operations team.
