In this full-time, on-site position, you'll operate under the YHM De-Ice Supervisor, leading a team responsible for the de-icing and safe operation of departing flights. Your role includes communicating de-icing status to flight crews and managing the maintenance of equipment. With a focus on performance, you will guide and train personnel to uphold safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage de-icing and dispatch of aircraft
• Direct training for Winter Operations staff
• Communicate de-icing details to flight crews
• Maintain accurate records of operations
• Troubleshoot and assist with equipment maintenance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Valid AVOP required
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in safety regulations and protocols
