Farm Animal Sales Representative Alberta
Elanco
Drive farm animal sales across Alberta and British Columbia using scientific communication, territory management, and customer value selling expertise. The role is approximately 60% field-based, with overnight travel required.
As Elanco’s Farm Animal Sales Representative, you will create demand and deliver sales results across monogastric and ruminant markets. You will support poultry, swine, and dairy customers while communicating product information to feed partners, veterinarians, nutritionists, producers, and industry influencers. The territory is Alberta preferred, or Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate Elanco product value and technical proficiency
Develop territory account plans and sales forecasts
Conduct customer meetings, training sessions, and seminars
Analyze market information and competitive environments
Report calls and territory intelligence in CRM
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent agricultural sales experience
Two years animal health or nutrition sales experience
Communicate scientific information to varied audiences
Fluent English and Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid driver’s license and Canadian work eligibility
