As an Engineering Manager, you will serve as a player-coach with broad software development knowledge. You will coordinate projects, set priorities, and motivate engineers while partnering with Design and Product Managers. The work combines technical guidance, roadmap planning, mentoring, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize, schedule, and execute projects with Engineering, Design, and Product
Define long-term strategy and quarterly team roadmaps
Coordinate requirements and improvement opportunities across teams
Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence
Attract, hire, develop, and retain engineering talent
Requirements:

Seven-plus years engineering production web applications
At least one year managing engineering teams
Experience prioritizing, crafting, and achieving plans
Strong technical and non-technical communication skills
Understanding of data structures, data stores, algorithms, and distributed systems
