EHS Safety and Sustainability Manager

Champion workplace safety, health, and environmental responsibility at Raytheon ELCAN in Midland, Ontario. Lead employee partnerships, hazardous-condition controls, and sustainability support through April 2028.
This EHS Manager develops effective programs, supports safe behaviors, and serves as an employee resource across assigned areas. You will collaborate with leaders, investigate injuries and near misses, implement training initiatives, and contribute to long-term sustainability goals. Team management experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Recognize, evaluate, and control hazardous workplace conditions
Lead investigations into injuries, near misses, and incidents
Develop root-cause analyses and corrective actions
Partner with leaders to resolve cross-functional EHS problems
Support sustainability practices aligned with long-term goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum three-plus years of relevant experience
Experience identifying and mitigating EHS hazards
Previous team management experience preferred
Effective organization, prioritization, and verbal communication
Bring safety leadership, incident analysis, stakeholder partnership, and sustainability knowledge to Raytheon ELCAN’s EHS team.
