• Identify, source, and recruit for technical roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs
• Screen candidates through calls and interviews
• Build and manage relationships with talent sources
• Document recruitment processes in the ATS
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma from an accredited institution
• Over 2 years of technical recruitment experience
• Experience with various sourcing platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
