Join McElhanney as a Survey Technician, reporting to the Division Manager. This pivotal role involves working under a Project Manager to ensure projects meet all contractual and legal requirements. You will be performing various surveys in both urban and rural areas, requiring a strong focus on quality assurance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute engineering, construction, and legal surveys accurately
• Communicate effectively between Project Manager and clients
• Manage information flow and prepare precise field records
• Implement quality assurance and safety policies
• Understand project goals, budgets, and schedules
Requirements:
• Two-year technical diploma in geomatics or civil engineering
• Physically fit and adaptable to various terrains
• Experience with Trimble Business Centre is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license or in progress
